HI, My name is Bruce Grant and you can see from my photo I have been around for well over fifty years, just like many of the homes I inspect. What you can't tell is that for forty of those years I have been in the Building and Renovation business. Many of those years serving clients in the Midland, Gravenhurst, Orillia, Port Carling, Bala, Bracebridge, and Muskoka area.

That's years of hands on practical experience.

I know experience is critical in doing a home inspection right. I also realize education plays a large role in understanding the technical and mechanical aspects of a home inspection That's why I have invested over 600 hours in educational training as well.

I am an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector with over 120 hours of inspector training.
I am a graduate of The Carson Dunlop Home Inspections Training Program www.carsondunlop.com adding another 480 hours to my home inspection specific education. (Carson Dunlop provides home inspection course content to Canadian colleges for their home inspection programs, and in some cases provides technical support for the college students via e-mail.)

I follow a strict CODE OF ETHICS and perform through inspections as laid out in the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

There are inspection services who will do it "cheaper"

There are inspection services offering "free" services with your Inspection.
